The Yugoslavian team who started up the Highlander is gone but the restaurant & bar remains.
Under the same name but operated by Panorama Resort staff, a new menu promising seafood will be put together.
In the meantime, the VIP cards are unfortunately no longer valid.
The “Upstairs” sign is up already. According to Panorama Management, an exclusive fine-dining lounge under Belgian management is due to open soon in the old El Khan hotel.
