No heated pool at the Club House
Wintertime has come early to El Gouna this November (2005). We were surprised to find the community pool at West Golf being quite cold, compared to November 2004… I myself did swim in it still this week twice, but boy oh boy, it isn’t warm anymore.
So I was wondering if the community pool at the Club House was heated. Went for a look last Friday and had to admit that, here too, the temperature of the water is good only for ice bears…
We asked the management of the Club House and they confirmed that during wintertime this pool can not be heated. Residents who want to swim will have to use the heated hotel pools. In another article in this issue of the El Gouna Times our local correspondent Françoise Ohayon will tell you which Hotels offer heated outdoor pools during winter time.
