Businessmen now have the opportunity to put standardized publicity signs, placed near the road between Hospital and Marina at the Go Cart compound at the back side of the Rihana Hotel. El Gouna Times would like to know if this method of advertising is welcomed by tourists and residents.
Another question that may arise is the effectiveness of the publicity:
At night (which starts quite early nowadays during wintertime) the text on the signs is not visible at all from the streetside, because the flood lights for the Go Cart Track are behind the signs, which makes it impossible to read the signs during the time of day when most traffic passes by.
Certainly something to rethink over, especially if you realize that such advertisements cost between 4000 and 5000 LE per year (according to inofficial sources) .
