HEPCA, (Hurghada Environmental Protection & Conservation Association), based in Hurghada (www.HEPCA.com), is looking for a full-time Operations Team Leader to manage, oversee and support the activities of the office team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks and must rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will report directly to, and work closely with, the Managing Director. The role will be highly challenging, involving all aspects of the organization and with responsibility for a number of projects at one time and responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office. All applicants MUST BE fluent in both Arabic and English, be computer literate, have a good telephone manner and be presentable. In addition, they must be motivated, approachable, organised, reliable, flexible and energetic.

Although HEPCA is based in Hurghada it cares for and is responsible for the whole of the Red Sea area, including El Gouna, where it has a number of members and maintains a number of mooring buoys.
