7th Star Chef

The 7th Star Restaurant had the pleasure of welcoming its new Swiss Star Chef: Mr. Roland Camenzind, who joined the team last month.

With such a long honorable career, Roland promises to cater to everyone taste-buds. In 1968 he started his training as a chef in Strassbourg (France). Having worked and gained experience in France for more than 10 years, he then worked as Chef Tournant and Kitchen Chef on numerous cruise liners and leading hotels in Spain. Roland proved his perfection as an independent star chef cooking for leading managers on the occasion of various official government receptions.

Now Roland is offering a special daily menu at the 7th Star Restaurant which will please even the most demanding gourmets.
