Gisterenochtend was aangekondigd dat de stroomvoorziening vanwege werkzaamheden tussen zes en half zeven ’s morgens onderbroken zou zijn, maar gedurende de hele dag waren er in het appartement regelmatig stroom onderbrekingen.
